The Directors of Kalaru Industrial Estate Pty Ltd are Jon Fitch and Andrew Learmont (originally from Canberra and Cooma).
Both Jon and Andrew have a strong affinity to the Far South Coast. Andrew’s family have owned a farm for 52 years at The Murrah, between Tathra and Bermagui.
Jon is an avid hiker, mountain biker and photographer and is a frequent visitor to the Sapphire Coast. With qualifications in Finance, Property Valuation, Real Estate and Property Development, they are well placed to deliver an Industrial Estate to suit the needs of local businesses.
The Vision
To create a professional Business Park of which occupants will be proud. The estate will include an entrance of grass and landscaped verges, stone entrance walls and a viewing area overlooking the Sapphire Coast Turf Club.
Signage options will be available for all occupants, and they will strive for consistent, visible and professional signs.
Each site will have 3-phase power, direct access from the new bitumen road and expansive views over the Turf Club. A self-storage facility will be constructed on Lots 4, 5 and 6, and the owners will design and construct warehouses for local businesses.
