Kalaru Industrial Estate is a master planned Business Estate servicing the Bega Valley Shire and Sapphire Coast of NSW. We are centrally located and can service businesses from Narooma to Eden, including Bega and Merimbula.

The owners Jon Fitch and Andrew Learmont (originally from Canberra and Cooma) have a strong affinity to the Far South Coast. Andrew’s family has had a farm for 52 years at The Murrah, between Tathra and Bermagui. Jon is an avid hiker, mountain biker and photographer and is a frequent visitor to the Sapphire Coast.

Our vision is to create a professional business park environment. We will provide an entrance of grass and landscaped verges, stone walls and a viewing area overlooking the Sapphire Coast Turf Club. Consistent, stylish and visible signage options will be available for all our occupants. Each site will include bitumen road access, power and expansive views towards the Turf Club next door. Our initial focus will be to build warehouses and storage areas for local businesses. Construction will commence July 2025.
